Atlanta Restaurant Exchange is proud to announce that after successful lease negotiations, US Cafe is making progress on Piedmont Road should be ready to open next month!
The addition of the US Cafe signs are a welcome sight as our economy shows signs of recovering. I pass by this location every day, and notice that there are lights on in the condos now, and the retail spaces are filling up.

Watching the pedestrian traffic around this center is wonderful, and the major retail anchors are booming as well.
US Cafe has a great product and has won local awards at their location in Smyrna. Vipul Patel is excited about moving into the city of Atlanta for his next location.
There was a lot of work to do on this space, and a LOT of negotiation, however we were able to secure a great lease for Vipul and his new US Cafe Location!
Since I live in Buckhead, I know that US Cafe is filling a niche, and will enjoy success from day 1 at this new location. Watch for Grand Opening announcements coming soon!
