Atlanta, Georgia February 19, 2010 — Broad Street Cafe was sold last week by The Atlanta Restaurant Exchange.
Broad Street Cafe is located on the Georgia State University campus, near Aderhold Learning Center on Broad Street.
The sale was negotiated by restaurant broker Brian Paul. Brian is a graduate of Georgia State University, with a degree in Hospitality Administration and knows the area well.
