Doug Marranci, Restaurant Brokerswith Atlanta Restaurant Exchange met with Tom Grady to learn about the expansion plans of the Baja Fresh and LaSalsa.

These concepts include prototypes for different sized locations and can start as an “Baja Express” in a space as small as 800 square feet, up to La Salsa which can be scaled up to a very large operation.

Baja Fresh and La Salsa will be taking Atlanta by storm.  With fresh ingredients and the slogan, No Can Opener, No Microwaves and No Freezers, the Fresh and Healthful offerings at both Baja Fresh and La Salsa.

Baja Fresh has been updated to fit the needs of todays restaurant consumers.  The goal is to move customers through the newly designed line and have their food ready in about a minute.  This is great for folks on the go who don’t have the time to wait around for food to be prepared.

Fresh Enterprises Hires Two New Franchise Directorsto Accelerate Franchise Expansion
