Hi Everyone,

We get so many calls where someone just wants to “ride by the restaurant” to take a look.  The problem with this is that we make a commitment to our sellers that we will meet all of our buyers, and work with them to find a restaurant that fits their needs, wants and capability.

We have more than 100 properties available to you.  Our job is to understand ALL of these properties and to get to know about you and your concept.  We have all types of restaurants, clubs, bars, sports bars and more for sale.

We have places for people with a HUGE down payment, and we have properties for those who have a smaller down payment.  We have places that require A-1 Credit and a Million in net worth, and we have properties where the landlord and owner will work with anyone who has a good idea.

In order to do our job, we need 30 minutes of your time.

I want to sit down and ask you some questions, discuss your ideas and concept, see where you stand in regard to experience, down payment and what you are looking for.  I can help you find the right place, but I cannot do it over the phone.

If you have lots of money, we can find you a restaurant anywhere you like.  If you are like most people and are watching your budget carefully, and you have some flexibility, we can get you into the restaurant business.

There are so many new restaurants opening in Atlanta, and the main reason is that there are so many people who could not make it through the last couple of years.

The economy is on the mend, these new restaurants are all doing well, with careful planning.  The opportunities that exist right now will not be available for a long time.

Selling a Restaurant is a very big responsibility and commitment on the part of the owners.  The emotional roller coaster after making the decision to sell can be a tough one.  Our commitment to these owners is that we will not send people to their restaurant unless we have met with them to see if the restaurant really fits their needs.

Whenever we bring a buyer into a restaurant, the owners know that the person coming in knows all about the restaurant, understands the financial obligations of the location, has previewed photos of the business, and is certain that the restaurant is on a buyers “short list”   After our meeting, we can then work together over email and phone calls as new opportunities arise.   My job is to find the perfect fit for YOU!
